ReSharper Ultimate All

This package installs all the components of JetBrains ReSharper Ultimate in one pass.

It is a faster, more efficient alternative to running `choco install resharper dottrace dotmemory dotcover dotpeek TeamCityAddin ReSharperCpp` as the latter will run the JetBrains installer 5 times (once for each application)

If don't want C++ or TeamCity then there are parameters to exclude either or both of those.

### Package Specific

#### Package Parameters

The following package parameters can be set:

* `/PerMachine` - install machine-wide (instead of per-user)

* `/VsVersion` (or `/VsVersions`) - set Visual Studio version target(s) for the installer (default: `*`).

Valid values: `*` (all detected VS versions) or a semicolon-separated list of VS versions: `18.0`, `17.0`, `16.0`, `15.0`, `14.0`, `12.0`, `11.0`, `10.0`.

Example: `--params "'/VsVersion=17.0'"` or `--params "'/VsVersion=17.0;16.0'"`.

* `/NoCpp` - don't install ReSharper C++

* `/NoTeamCityAddin` - don't install TeamCity Addin
